I recently did an Instagram post of some of my favorite nude lipsticks and that prompted Rana C. to ask “What Are The Best Nude Lipsticks for Darker Skin Tones?” First, I think it’s important to realize that everyone has their own interpretation of “nude.” To some it’s beige, to others it’s a tone that matches their skin tone. So, to that end, a perfect nude for darker skin tones can vary. I personally like nudes that do not stand in stark contrast to your own skin – thereby constituting them a true nude! From Naomi Campbell, to Nia Long to Gabrielle Union to Kerry Washington – these brown beauties have made nude lips their signature looks with a variety of twists.
